The New Exit Alert detects patients attempts to exit homes or facilities and immediately sends signal to the Enunciator, horn/strobe unit alerting staff or caretakers to patients attempt to exit.
The Battery operated, wireless Sensor Mat/Transmitter Unit can be mounted Inside or Outside of Door or Window. Caretakers are able to enter and exit by switching the unit on and off without tripping the alarm.
A thin regular floor mat- throw rug can be positioned on top of Sensor Mat to hide wiring. Also Sensor Mat can be glued with Silicone or taped with Duct tape along edges to keep from moving around and stay in position due to foot traffic.
As with the CC-900, The system checks in every 1 minute and will Alarm the Enunciator Unit if batteries get low, or if anyone leaves the Switch off or removes the Mat/Transmitter Unit.
